Video of the “Dancing Kid” at the Pacers 105-95 win over the Rockets last week has gone viral. Pacer.com’s Youtube video of the young fan recently eclipsed 500,000 views. For perspective on how popular the video has become, here are some stats (as of 11:00 AM EST on Thursday, Jan. 31):

-The original Pacers.com story (posted Jan. 22) has been Tweeted out 1,037 times and shared on Facebook 1,459 times.

-The original video on Pacers.com (posted Jan. 22) has 19,002 views.

-The Pacers’ YouTube video (posted Jan. 23) has an astounding 577,890 views and counting!

In addition to coming up with the great nickname “The (tiny) Lord of the Dance,” the Daily Mail  wrote, “While the tiny dancer’s repertoire was not particularly rich in complex steps, the boy made up for it with dramatic facial expressions and over-the-top arm movements – some straight out of Madonna’s classic Vogue video.” Read More
