Denari’s Den: Guest Austin Croshere

It’s another week inside Denari’s Den and another of the Pacers’ broadcasters joins me. Austin Croshere is in his third season on Pacers’ radio and television after a 12-year NBA career, including nine seasons with the Pacers. Austin had a great work ethic as a player, and that has carried over to his broadcasting career as he has become a quick study and a talented analyst on both radio and television.

When Austin goes after something, it is full bore. I have seen that with how he has embraced the game of golf. Austin just doesn’t want to play golf, he wants to be very good at golf. It is a characteristic that makes Austin who he is.

Austin played with Danny Granger for one season, and offers his thoughts on the Pacers missing their leading scorer for approximately three months. Austin also talks about his transition to broadcasting, and shares his thoughts on why the San Antonio Spurs are one of the most successful franchises in NBA history. Thanks for visiting Denari’s Den.
